For homes valued at $250,000, with a $25,000 homestead exemption, homeowners would pay $112.50 a year. That’s just $9.38 a month or 31 cents per day. The daily rate is far less than a cup of coffee or a newspaper for the vast majority of Pinellas homeowners.
